Grams Left vs Tetragram: Stock Tracker or Cannabis Journal
Tetragram is a cannabis journal for logging products, symptoms, health goals, and experiences. Grams Left is a UK-built stock tracker focused on prescription pacing and what you have left.
What Tetragram Does
Tetragram is a cannabis journal and tracking app designed for people who want to log products, methods, symptoms, and health goals. Its public feature page also describes product discovery, physician sharing, dispensary offers, and community groups.
Tetragram's public material presents the app as a broad cannabis journal and wellness tool. It does not describe a UK prescription-cycle stock balance or burn-rate workflow.
Tetragram describes the app as free, private, and secure. Its privacy material says personal journals are shared at the user's discretion and de-identified product data may be shared with research or market partners.

What Grams Left Does Differently
Grams Left is purpose-built for UK medical cannabis patients managing a prescription. The focus is on stock management: knowing exactly how much you have, logging what you use across multiple products, and staying within your prescribed pace with an automatic prescription countdown.
We do not offer strain discovery, product scanning, or social features. We do one thing: help you track your stock so you never have to guess what is left. The core tracker is free forever. Founding Plus subscriptions started by 31 August 2026 keep £2/month or £20/year while active. New subscriptions from 1 September are £4/month or £40/year.
Key differences:
- UK-built, UK-focused. Built specifically for UK medical cannabis patients and prescription management, not for the general US consumer market.
- Prescription-first. Prescription countdown, cycle-based tracking, and burn rate are built in from the ground up — not added on top of a journaling app.
- Privacy-first. No data monetisation. We do not sell, share, or broker your tracking data. Our business model is transparent: we charge for features, not your data.
- UK GDPR baseline. Designed and built in the UK with UK data protection law as the foundation — not adapted from a US privacy framework.
- Free core tracker. Track up to 3 products, log consumption, and see your countdown — all free forever, no card required.
