- Open this page in Safari
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add in the top-right corner
Grams Left will appear on your home screen like any other app.
- Open this page in Chrome
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right
- Tap Install app or Add to Home Screen
- Follow the on-screen prompt

Frequently asked questions
Is Grams Left free?
Yes. The core tracker — stock balance, consumption logging, burn rate, charts, and prescription countdown — is free forever. No card required.
What does Grams Left Plus give me?
Plus (£4/month or £40/year) adds unlimited active strains, advanced stats, new prescription orders and cycle planning, guided catch-up logging, and a weekly review you can print or save as PDF. Free includes the Journal for three active strains, unlimited archived history, photos, notes and restocks. Existing larger collections keep a protected allowance, and saved records remain available after cancelling Plus.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your consumption data is private to your account. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Data export provides a CSV dose log and a fuller JSON account export.
Does it work offline?
If your connection drops while the tracker is open, new entries are saved on that device with a pending status. Reconnect and sign in to the same account to sync them. You need an internet connection to open the tracker from scratch.
What is the difference between Prescription mode and Personal mode?
Prescription mode uses clinical wording (dose, allowance, dosage). Personal mode uses casual wording (session, stash, budget). Your choice — you can switch anytime in Settings.
How do I cancel my Plus subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your Plus subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. No emails needed — it's self-serve through our secure payment portal.
