By accessing or using Medicine Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Medicine Tracker is a personal consumption tracking tool for medical cannabis patients. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your doctor's prescription and guidance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.

4. Data and Privacy

Your consumption data is private to your account. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medicine Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or inaccuracies in consumption tracking.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
