1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service: your email address (for account access), consumption logs (method, amount, time, strain), strain inventory data, and subscription status. We do not track your location, device, or browsing behaviour.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Medicine Tracker service — displaying your dashboard, computing insights, and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Clerk for authentication; Clerk stores your email and login credentials separately from your tracking data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. The only external services involved are Stripe (for payment processing) and Clerk (for authentication). Neither has access to your consumption or inventory data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may export your data at any time (JSON or CSV) from the Settings page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact tc@tylerbuilds.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — Clerk sets a session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
